Re-Cap - Raaw Art show at Bagatelle

Caroline Aim and Raaw Art, who most notably presented Max Weidemann and Destroy Rebuild at the Vanity Unfair show this past spring, had another amazing show at Bagatelle.  I felt as if I was transported to an underground party in Paris.  Bagatelle is simple, European elegance.

The show was a combination of wet plate photography and black and white surrealism.  I have been hearing a lot about wet plate photography and I am now obsessed. 
 
Beautiful crowd, sophisticated ambiance, and Rosé wine was provided by Cháteau Réal Martin.

Re-cap - At The Chelsea Room with the Kardashians and 11/18 Event Planner Open House

The Media Whore and her cohorts were spotted with Kim Kardashian, her sister Kourtney and her boyfriend Scott Disick at the Chelsea Room beneath the Hotel Chelsea in New York. Disick was launching his latest venture, Amidren: High-T, a male performance enhancement drug. The sisters sat at a table by the dance floor and took off after about an hour.

The Chelsea Room is conjuring up the ghosts of parties past.  Once you walk in, the room opens up to a sexy, demurely-lit room with exposed brick from the hotel's original 1883 construction.  The dance floor is surrounded by cozy banquettes that are equally suited for making eye contact with the gorgeous investment banker across the room while sipping champagne or dancing on top when the booze kicks in and music starts to rock.

A stylish room combined with great service and roid-rage free, actually friendly security staff, the Chelsea Room offers a great venue for nights of debauchery or your next corporate event.  If you are interested in booking an event at the Chelsea Room, Event Brite is having an open house this Thursday 11/18 for event planners.  So RSVP and check it out for yourself!
